Request An Interpreter

To request an interpreter, we offer various ways to do so for your convenience.

You can either call or fax us by following the directions in the right column of this page or click the following button for online scheduling:

  • TELEPHONIC INTERPRETING: To request a telephone interpreting, we offer various ways to do so for your convenience.  Simply contact us at (651) 457-7400 or email us at request@itasca.biz or log into Itasca scheduling portal.  To utilized our scheduling portal contact Itasca to set-up a customer account.

     Information collected before the conference call

  • Client First and Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone number
  • Reason for the conference call
  • Requester name, contact information and facility

Option 1 – On demand

  • Accessible 24/7
  • Our staff conference you and the client in with the requested language interpreter.

Option 2 – Schedule specific date and time

  • Accessible 24/7
  • Request a specific date and time for the phone conference.
  • Interpreter will contact requester at schedule date and time. (two option need to specified when requesting)
    • Interpreter can contact client and then conference in the requester
    • Interpreter can contact requester and requester will conference in the client.

Option 3 – Interpreter and client request

  • Accessible 24/7
  • Requests an interpreter to contact client to schedule an appropriate time for the telephone conference.
  • Interpreter will respond back to the agency of confirm date and time of the conference call schedule.
  • Itasca scheduler will reach out to the requester of the given information from the interpreter.
